Fantastic location
Perfect as a base while we were in and out for 2 days
It is small for four people to hang out and eat at the same time (though plenty of places nearby to do this outside of sleeping time.
Unusually hot weather made it warm though this was helped by the provided fans.
Steep stairs, those with poor mobility or heavy bags may struggle

The location was good and continent. Easy to find!
As it's central, it's also noisy.
The long stairways without an elevator were unexpected and difficult with a luggae bag. The house was relatively clean, but the water boiling kettle needs some consistent cleaning. Flooring is bad. I could hear footsteps from the house above us on the 3rd floor.
