Holiday home Groeterstaete 8 is located on the first floor (a lift is available) in a small apartment complex in the centre of Groet in North Holland. It is ideal for a family holiday. The beach is located just 2 km away. Within 8 to 10 minutes cycling you are already on the beach!
A bicycle rental is located diagonally opposite the building.

Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Modern bathroom with double shower and sink.
Parking is free on the street. Parking in Groet is free of charge. You can park your bicycles indoors in the general bicycle shed.

Tolle Wohnung- haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Nicole für die gute Betreuung! Liegt schön zentral, gute bis sehr gute Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen . Man ist schnell auf einem tollen Wander- oder Radweg- landschaftlich wunderschön auch im Winter

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, obwohl das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Leider fehlt in dem Badezimmer, das nur vom Schlafzimmer betreten werden kann, eine Toilette. Die Bäder sind ansonsten sehr schön und alles war sehr sauber. Die Sauna wurde nicht wirklich warm.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche (Geschirr (alt und abgenutzt) / Schüsseln (nur eine)) entspricht nicht dem Standard der Wohnung. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausdame war sehr nett.
