About this house rental
A lovely three bedroom, three bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the open concept living and dining area with attached kitchen. Enjoy relaxing in the living area or cook a meal in the well equipped kitchen. Off the living area is a full bath and a bedroom with king bed and TV/DVD. Head downstairs to the newly remodeled lower level with a spacious living area with flat screen television and surround sound; a bedroom with queen size bed and TV; and a full bath. While the floor above the entry level of the townhouse offers a third full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning and TV/DVD.
Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space. There is overflow parking within the development. This home offers only the development-wide open internet service.
Renters are not permitted to bring pets to this unit.
This home does not offer health club membership.
Alpine Village does not offer ski shuttle service.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary. We enjoyed our stay the rental had everything we needed and more and convince to shops and restaurants. We would rent again absolutely.

This was the perfect rental for our group! Each floor had a bedroom and a bathroom which worked out great! Close to so many restaurants, stores, and things to do. As most other reviews have said, there is too many personal items around the place making it a little difficult to put your own items somewhere during your stay but it certainly isn't a big enough problem for us to not want to stay there again. We will definitely be back!

This condo is in a quiet location in a well-kept complex. It was pretty well equipped and met our needs as a base for summer-time road trips around central New Hampshire. Part of the living room curtains were on the floor when we arrived. Not a great introduction. We were able to fix it easily but have no idea why the housekeeping staff might do that. The condo was otherwise well cleaned.
Unlike some properties that are intended primarily for rental, this one seems like the owner's home. There's a lifetime's collection of memorabilia in there which makes it feel cozy, but cluttered. If that's your style, you'll like this.
This property is air conditioned, which can be important if you're staying during a heat wave. As is probably typical of properties of this age, it is not central air. There is a window unit on the main floor and that area was pretty comfortable. However, the upstairs bedroom stayed pretty warm and the basement stayed very cold. This may have been our error, but we never found a way to get all three levels comfortable.
One caution, especially if you are bringing small children. Water temperature in the showers is really sensitive to water use elsewhere in the house. Turning on a faucet or flushing a toilet anywhere in the house makes the shower water instantly scalding hot.
Unlike some properties that are intended primarily for rental, this one seems like the owner's home. There's a lifetime's collection of memorabilia in there which makes it feel cozy, but cluttered. If that's your style, you'll like this.
