It's a decent place at a great location specially for foliage. It’s not very big but OK for a family with kids.
Cons:
One bathroom on the second floor where all the bedrooms are and the other bathroom is downstairs.
The beds not very comfortable for sharing with another person.

I stayed at this property this summer for a weekend getaway for me and my wifey with our friends. The property was very clean and hospitable, Patricia was extremely communicative and everything went very well. Would definitely recommend this property to stay at!!

Regarding the space in the house and cleanliness, everything was at a high level. The only problem is the outdated technology, furniture and kitchen that need to be updated. The kitchen and living room definitely need to be repaired. Of course, Pati, the owner of the house, was always there when needed.
