A spacious and elegant apartment with 65m ² and all amenities is waiting for you.
It is perfect for 2 persons but a third person can easily accomodated too. The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential house next to the Danube Canal, a side arm of the Danube which leads through the Inner City of Vienna. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.
Next to the apartment is also the Vienna University of Economics and the 'Augarten' Park, home of a porcelain manufactury and the 'Viennese Boys Chor'.
The close Metro and tramway brings you in a few minutes into the center of the city.
The apartment was renovated in 2011, elegantly furnished and equipped with WiFi Internet, 40' HD Flat TV and all small details you need for a relaxing stay.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, enough towels, nice furnace and very clean. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Apartments was very nice. A great location to explore the city. Kitchen was very useful and ideal to make your own food. The property owner was very helpful and communications were great!

This accommodation is perfect. It's well-maintained and spacious. You can find there whatever you need. Moreover it is well-situated so you can travel easily and visit all interesting places in town. The owner is very friendly and caring. I truly recommend this place ;)
