Curățenie mai bine ar fi un plus,pt pretențioși să meargă la Sofitel, pt noi cu 5 copii a fost ok

Гарне розташування квартири, близько до громадського транспорту, магазини та кафе. Досить тихо в приміщені, хоч і вікна зали виходять на вулицю . Квартира дуже простора, можуть розміститись 8-10 чоловік. Ліжка досить зручні. Є достатньо приладдя на кухні. А саме голвне - це ціна яка була на наше заселення, вона частково перекриває недоліки. Якщо буде більша ціна - помешкання стане не конкурентно здатне.
Відсутній кондиціонер - в жарку погоду в квартирі задуха бо вікна великої кімнати виходять на сонячну загазовану вулицю, інші кімнати погано провітрюються. Меблі, двері, кухня - старі/зношені, але хоча б чисті. Розташування наче б то і гарне, але наприклад відстань до старого міста 3 км, тому щоб ви не запланували відвідати - всерівно потрібно використовувати/платити за транспорт. Паркування відсутнє, а платна парковка знаходиться далеко.

المبنى غير مناسب لي، الغرفة الأخرى صغيرة ولا يوجد بها تهوية جيدة. الفرش مستهلك بعض الشيء مواقف السيارات غير متاحة، والمدفوع منها ليس قريبا
