Overall excellent. Nice self contained studio apartment. Quiet nice area. Good value.

I had not received an email in advance with instructions to find the key. Also one of the Booking.com emails looked like it had the info to get in with a pin so I thought I had sufficient information. However on arrival I had to call to get instructions to find the key. However it was sorted in the end and the apartment was good.

A nice apartment overall. It was clean and quiet, most of the facilities were in good condition, and the location was convenient, close to public transport by tram and buses.

The apartment was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos. Also, not all apartments include a washing machine, so pay attention to the listing before booking because the photos can be mixed between different units. There's no U-Bahn (metro) close by, so reaching it may require a bus/tram connection. The TV didn't work, and the check-in message didn't include a maintenance contact number or anything similar, so I'm not sure what I would've done if there had been a more serious issue. Overall: 8/10.

The apartment has all the appliances you need. The bed was very comfortable. Close to public transport and supermarkets. The host is responsive.

There is no air conditioning and the apartment is quite stuffy in hot weather. Since the street is on 3 tram lines, there is a lot of street noise which is continuous from 4.30am to midnight. The hot water is lukewarm at best. Bed linen was not good quality.
