About this apartment rental

The idyllic courtyard with 10 000 sqm of floor area located in the center of Lübberstorf, 1.5 km from Neuklostersee, 2km from Neukloster. The modern apartment (completion 12/2013) is located on the first floor of the old farmhouse. It was built in 1894 and restored very complex after a fire 2011-2013. Primarily natural materials have been used. So many interior walls with clay plaster are provided, which provides an excellent indoor climate. The apartment itself is decorated in a modern country style. The cozy living / dining area with fireplace is the center of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table load directly to a boil. A spacious bathroom with floor-level rain shower and bath complete the offer. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and in the living / dining room and in the loft with air conditioning. To loft leads a solid but somewhat steep stairs. The large area in the loft is ideal for children to play.
In the outdoor area you can enjoy the day on your own seat. Of course, one must here play to their heart's content, play soccer, barbecue or make the evening a campfire.

Apartment is super comfortable: well equiped kitchen, great bathroom, good quality beds, attick were kids can play. Everything is newly renovated and super clean. Located in a building with 3 residential apartments. Garden in front of the house can be used for sitting & playing.

As a family of 4 travelling from the uk with 2 boys aged 18 and 14. We wanted a holiday home where we could visit sites on and near the baltic coast, this area does not have many people visiting from the uk which was good as it felt more like a holiday with locals rather than beaches full of tourists. The apartments are very well decorated with all that you might need in the kitchen as well as some items you would not think of. The bedrooms were all very good and clean and the bathroom was exceptional with walk in shower , bath and both washing machine and dryer. The area itself is very quiet with only a few people living nearby a car is a must have. we had a great time at the local lake and the beaches near Rostock were excellent and we also saw the tall ships and cruise liners sailing past. The only thing for us that was missing was wifi as we were unable to use our own internet due to high roaming charges outside the uk. Would definitely recommend a stay here and as a family we had a great holiday. The Clitherows

Selten ein Feriendomizil mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gesehen! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass meine mitgebrachten Messer gar nicht zum Gebrauch kamen. Es gibt keinen Balkon oder Terrasse, aber die Möglichkeit im Garten sehr schön zu sitzen. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, zum nächsten Ort (Neukloster) ca. 3 km, die man auch mit dem Fahrrad fahren kann, allerdings gibt es an der Straße keinen Fahrradweg, man kann aber durch den Wald fahren. Der Neuklostersee mit Badesteg, Tretboot- und Sup-Verleih und Kiosk ist für Kinder sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen. Der alte Gutshof ist wunderschön in grüner ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet, die Küche macht auch Menschen Spaß die speziellere Koch Vorhaben haben weil sie sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Alles ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten komfortabel. Frau Worseg, die Verwalterin, hält alles bestens und nett in Schuss. Auch zu Corona Zeiten kann man die Wohnung empfehlen, sie wurde uns mit Handschuhen und Mundschutz übergeben weil alles vorher desinfiziert wurde. Wir waren nur ein Wochenende hier aber kommen gerne wieder. Wismar ist sehr schön und wir haben auf der Insel Poel gebadet. Ein liebevoll gestaltetes Fotobuch von den Besitzer Herrn Hacker enthält aber noch super viele weitere Ideen, wo man in der Umgegend etwas unternehmen oder gut essen gehen kann. Herzlichen Dank!

My family and I decided last year to visit Mecklenburg-Vorpommen. In the current situation, that turned out to be a great idea. We found this listing after searching for a place that was a bit off the beaten path but still nice. This listing was absolutely great. My wife and I took the opportunity to make several hiking tours and we went. as a family, often to the Insel Poel, which has warm water and you can journey out several hundred meters from the shore before it comes above your hips. The apartment itself is really nice and has a great assortment of everyday items that are sometimes missing in other kitchens. There was enough room for everyone to have some space and it is really centrally located for Northwest Mecklenburg.

Wir haben zu sechst die tolle Ferienwohnung über Silvester gemietet und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Sämtliche Absprachen vorweg haben reibungslos geklappt. Vor Ort wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und auch die Abreise konnten wir flexibel gestalten. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und ist zudem sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich mit dem Kamin und den Schrägen. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig und was Parkplätze angebelangt, gibt es überhaupt kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ca. 3km weit vom Haus entfernt, also auch gut machbar. Das einzige, worüber man sich im Klaren sein muss, ist, dass sämtliche "Attraktionen" (Ostsee, Wismar usw.) immer eine gute halbe Stunde Fahrzeit in Anspruch nimmt. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv wieder mieten! Herzlichen Dank an Familie H.!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden! Die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Die Ostsee und viele schöne Orte, wie Wismar, Kühlungsborn usw. usw. sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Fahrradfahren, wandern, relaxen - einfach alles ist möglich!

Wir suchten für die Woche über Silvester eine gepflegte, gut eingerichtete und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (10 Monate, sowie 3 und 6 Jahre). Mit der Ferienwohnung im Alten Gutshaus Lübberstorf fanden wir das Gewünschte! Die Wohnung war modern und komfortabel. Alles war, oder wirkte neu eingerichtet. Positiv sei insoweit beispielhaft hervorgehoben, dass die Ausstattung der Küche mehr bot als erhofft. So fanden wir unter anderem neben einer Kaffeemaschine auch eine Kaffee-Padmaschine (inkl. Pads) und eine Bodumkanne vor. Es war sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden und auch an Kleinigkeiten wie Backpapier und Alu-Folie war gedacht worden. Anregungen für die Freizeitgestaltung waren schnell gefunden, wir waren unter anderem in Schwerin, Wismar und Kühlungsborn. Alle Ziele waren in max 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auf die Insel Poel schafften wir es leider nicht mehr, aber man braucht ja auch noch Ziele für einen möglichen zweiten Aufenthalt. Als letztes sei noch erwähnt, dass der Kontakt zum Eigentümer stets problemlos möglich war und sehr angenehm verlief. Fazit: Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können einen Aufenthalt in Lübberstorf nur empfehlen.

Neukloster See, Wismar, Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, Insel Poel - alles in 30 Minuten Entfernung, mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ... 30° Grad Aussentemperatur - unsere Ferienwohnung in dem Gutshof war durch die Klimaanlage immer angenehm temperiert. Auf dem extra für die Wohnung angelegten Sitzplatz neben dem linken Scheunenflügel konnten wir bis spät in die Nacht sitzen und Sternschnuppen zählen. In der Dämmerung flatterten die Fledermäuse - Schwalben flogen mit den Jungvögeln und Spatzen um die Wette. In der zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung tankten wir viel Ruhe. Tagsüber gings auf Entdeckungstour in Meckpom. Tipp: Den 3km entfernten Neukloster See nutzten wir zum Wandern und zum kostenlosen Baden. Wir kommen wieder. Auch gerne im Herbst oder Winter.
