Gulf-side and Bay-side, hot tubs, a huge 5000 sq. ft. pool, children's pool and play area, picnic area with charcoal grills, a wonderful work out center and walking distance to the famous fishing pier & boardwalk where you can enjoy Gulf Front dinning. Just across the street Adventure Zone, Wild Willy's Arcade & The Track. Bay-side can be accessed by using the catwalk on the West end of the 3rd floor that goes over highway 98 for your safety and convenience.

We have stayed in several different units at Destin West. We love the location and the amenities, but the Villa was not our favorite. It was comfortable and the view was nice, but it was loud and lacked privacy. The company was easy to work with and very accommodating.

I guess I didn’t realize there wasn’t an actual room, it was all open not a door to separate the “room” from the living area. There were little windows that could open from the living room & the bathroom, that was strange. The bed within the couch was horrible, my kids were complaining of how bad it was & they normally don’t care where they sleep. They brought us some comforters to stack but still uncomfortable. There wasn’t an ice maker & was told there should’ve been one, they brought us 1 bag of ice. There is no ice maker anywhere. The AC stopped working, someone was prompt and came the next morning to service it overall we wouldn’t stay here again
