Gulf-side and Bay-side have hot tubs, a huge 5000 sq. ft. pool, children's pool and play area, picnic area with charcoal grills, a wonderful work out center and walking distance to the famous fishing pier and boardwalk where you can enjoy Gulf Front dinning. Just across the street Adventure Zone, Wild Willy's Arcade and Track. Bay-side can be accessed by using the catwalk on the West end of the 3rd floor that goes over highway 98 for your safety and convenience.
You may purchase beach service from the vendor on the beach from March 1 through October 31st for a reasonable fee.

Overall a great stay for two people. It had a great room-darkening shade, and exactly the amenities we needed. We loved the lazy river and quick access to beach, parking garage and pools.Here are some minor improvements I might suggest:- install more hooks- put in a shower caddy to hold shampoo- clean the floor deeply (it was sandy and turned our feet black)

Nice quaint studio condo. Just right for 2 people. Since the kitchen stove only had the 2 burners it would have been nicehaving a toaster oven or airfryer. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, bu George was on it. Beverly was very nice working with. Thank you, Kathy
