The flat is spread over three floors and has four bedrooms, a spacious living/dining kitchen, a cosy living room and two bathrooms. The kitchen offers everything your heart desires: a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, which are located in the neighbouring building. A baby cot can also be provided on request.

Outside, the communal garden with its cosy seating areas invites you to linger. The barbecue facilities and games make the garden a place where guests of all ages can feel at home. A large, natural meadow with a chicken coop offers additional space for exploration and relaxation. Pet owners should note that dogs are not allowed to run around unsupervised.
