Y7 Fairways & Sunsets, a 5 bedroom well-decorated home has everything needed to accommodate guests in the northern Outer Banks. Situated within the resort-like community of The Currituck Club, guests will enjoy The Currituck Club amenities: tennis courts, community pools and a trolley service (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Pamper yourself as this home truly offers luxurious accommodations. Take a dip in your own 16' x 30' private pool or sit back and relax in the hot tub and watch the sun setting over the Currituck Sound. The elevator provides an easy check in and check out and is perfect when carrying groceries.
We also offer TVs, Blu-Ray player, DVD players, surround sound speakers in the great room, 4 Master bedrooms, decks, and a grill. We also provide entertainment and gaming in the garage as a rec room living space with air conditioning and heat--including a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball tables. For families with children, we have a pack-n play and a high chair. Our home comes equipped with a screened porch, a hammock, an enclosed outside shower, a water filtration system in the kitchen.

Excellent home! We will be coming back to this exact home over and over again. The lot is beautiful, the home is awesome. The garage games are stellar. Our kids had TONS of fun. The trolley service right to the beach was amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and special. We cannot rate this home high enough.

We had a wonderful week. Our family loved the sunsets from the second floor decks and backyard. We enjoyed the house and amenities of the Currituck Club golf course and the 4-wheel beach where we saw lots of wild horses.

Average home , very spacious. Access to Pine Island was definitely a plus. Currituck Club Community is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool but always had to clean out a minimum of 5 dead frogs everyday before we used it. But that obviously is just the area because we did see LOTS of frogs all throughout the community.
I agree with last review, the outside of the home needed a power washing. It was dirty with lots of dead bugs , we had to clean the grill and empty an overflowing grease catch from obviously all past guests because the grill was not usable otherwise.
Also we had a leak from the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom.
Overall we enjoyed our vacation, probably would not rent this home again.
