About this house rental
Beautiful home with a private pool and hot tub, 5 bedroom, 5 ½ baths. Spacious backyard and located on a cul-de-sac. Exquisite detail in every room, four master bedrooms, and TV's with Roku in all bedrooms and common areas. Rec room with pool table and full size refrigerator and microwave.
The great room offers a TV with Blu-ray player, deck access, seating for 10 in the dining room and gourmet kitchen with two ovens, electric stove, two dishwashers, refrigerator, beverage refrigerator with ice maker and seating for 6 around the island. A game/puzzle table in the loft offers a quiet getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the screened porch. Watch the TV in the mid-level den, and yes there is WiFi.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Garage has parking for two cars. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Lovely house.

Our family had a very enjoyable week in spite of red flag warnings most of the week. So beach time was limited due to heavy rip currents. Overall weather was good not to hot combined with comfortable humidity for this part of the country.
