Comfortable vacation home on two floors in a large and well-kept estate, 2 km from San Giustino Valdarno.
Kitchen - living room on the first floor with two covered terraces; small private courtyard with barbecue, panoramic view. Covered parking space.
About 100 m away is the large pool area with solarium and children's play area, shared with ITA205-207. The owners will provide you with local products (wine, olive oil) on site.
From here you can admire a magnificent view over the Valdarno and the Chianti mountains. Ideal for excursions on foot or mountain bikes in Pratomagno, cool even in summer (1600 m a.s.l.). Make beautiful bike rides along the ancient Setteponti road that leads to Arezzo and Florence, or visit the Chianti region (30 km) and the art cities of Arezzo (20 km), Siena (58 km) and Florence (60 km).
