About this house rental
In Tuscany, a few kilometers from Poppi, nestled in the Casentino nature reserve, lies the small estate known as "Tenuta Rocche," home to Casa Adriana and Casa Debora.
Located in a hilltop position overlooking the valley and the Sanctuary of La Verna, ideal for a relaxing stay, with a private park and pool and a starting point for walks and excursions, Casa Adriana and Casa Debora are rented together to the same group and can comfortably accommodate up to nine people.
Recently renovated with wood and stone finishes and enriched with traditional furnishings, Casa Adriana and Casa Debora maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere with an antique feel.
All bathrooms include a shower with sliding doors, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The houses are perfectly functional, equipped with modern technology and furnished with every comfort, including free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, barbecue, fireplace, hairdryer, drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, garden tables and chairs, and all the accessories needed to ensure guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
A laundry room provides guests with access to a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
From the property, about 500 meters away, you can walk to the nearby village of San Martino in Tremoleto. About a kilometer and a half away is the nearby village of Quota, with a quaint grocery store offering typical Casentino and Tuscan products

We hebben een super week gehad met 6 personen. Het huis is ruim en niemand liep elkaar voor de voeten. Het zwembad erbij maakte het met deze warme weken die wij hadden super. De eigenaren gaven ons een warm welkom. Er stond een pakket klaar met allemaal heerlijkheden. Ook gaven zij duidelijk uitleg over de omgeving en het huisje waar alles staat. De eigenaren zelf spreken alleen Italiaans maar zij hadden een vriend geregeld die Duits en Engels sprak. Halverwege de week kwamen de eigenaren nog kijken bij het zwembad en wat lekkere zelfgemaakte broodjes brengen. We werden echt verwend. De indeling was geweldig van dit huis. Per 2 personen op iedere verdieping een eigen badkamer. Echt heel veel dank aan de eigenaren die echt super lief zijn. Wij waren de enige met ons gezin op het terrein en dat gaf ons wel heel veel vrijheid. Buren zitten echt een eindje verderop.
We hebben genoten van de plaatsen rondom Poppi en Poppi zelf is ook leuk om te bezoeken. Arezzo is prachtig en Siena mocht ook zeker niet ontbreken. Wij vonden Florence wat tegen vallen maar smaken verschillen. Een auto heb je echt nodig anders kom je er niet en er zijn andere plaatsen om te bekijken en je boodschappen halen maakt het anders heel lastig. We hebben zelf nog een bergtop beklommen en dat was voor deze dagen heerlijk verfrissend echt een aanrader om te doen. Geweldig uitzicht. De omgeving was prachtig. Ik zou zeggen ga er een keertje naar toe. Echt een aanrader.

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis wat met grote aandacht voor detail is ingericht en onderhouden.
Aanwezigheid van vaatwasser en wasmachine in combinatie met voldoende ruimte en meerdere badkamers en niet te vergeten het zwembad maakt het een uitermate geschikte woning voor grotere gezinnen.
Woning ligt heerlijk rustig met een zeer mooi uitzicht, maar wel dicht bij een goede aansluiting op doorgaande wegen zodat er voldoende mogelijkheden zijn om Toscane verder te bezoeken.
Voor het eerst in ruim 25 jaar gaan we een keer terug naar een plaats waar we eerder met vakantie zijn geweest. Reservering voor 2016 is gedaan.

Vi havde en god ferie på dette fantastiske sted med udsigt og dejlig pool.
Huset er meget rummeligt med masser af plads til alle, godt vedligeholdt og rent.
Vi kunne godt bruge aircondition på øverste etage da der var meget varmt i den periode vi var der. Eller var udstyr tilstede vaskemaskine - opvaskemaskine mm.
Utrolige venlige og hjælpsomme udlejere.
Stedet kan absolut anbefales til alle.
