Bright and beautifully furnished NON SMOKING 2SZ bungalow in a very quiet and well maintained complex with a community pool. BEST Location in Las Americas (Edge of Las Veronicas). The sandy beach is within easy walking distance (about 100 meters). It is a bungalow on 4 (!!) Floors:
1. Living room with American kitchen and access to the terrace
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds and separate bathroom

The apartment is spacious, well equiped and very sunny as it has two terraces, one on each side of the building. Communication with the host, Guido, was very good. I think the only thing that might improve it is to provide two sun loungers on the roof terrace.

Visiting Tenerife for the past 10 years and about 25 visits , this apartment is up among the best.
Clean , Tidy, Modern, Comfortable, good pool that we used everyday.Guido was very helpful and was there in minutes when we could not operate hob safety lock many thanks we will return

We had 5 great days in Tenerife and the apartment was in the perfect location, close to all amenities and the fantastic Siam Water park - a must visit. The pool although cold was quiet and very clean Food on the promenade isn't great but can recommmend Terraza restaurant near the apartment and a fantastic Lebanese restaurant - Habibi.
