About this house rental
It is a cozy holiday home for 4 people with a thatched roof on a very lovingly landscaped property with plenty of space to play and relax in the heart of the small community of Hollendorf, which is located directly on the old Peene opposite the Großer Wotig nature reserve. It has been completely modernized and is furnished with love.
On the ground floor there is a hallway / porch, cozy living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
Bicycles are available for relaxed excursions in the area. A boat rental (even without a boat license) is 350m from the house. There are toys and a sandpit for children. Of course, there is also a barbecue area.
The immediate proximity to the city of Wolgast as a gateway to the island of Usedom offers the opportunity to use a variety of tourist attractions or to spend relaxing days on the beach (information material available in the house).
The neighboring towns of Freest, Lubmin & Wolgast offer shopping and various restaurants as well as a beautiful beach and a traditional fishing port. A regular ferry offers the opportunity to cross to Usedom by bike.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und für uns Großstadtmenschen war die Ruhe fantastisch. Im Haus hat nichts gefehlt, so dass wir wunderschöne Tage verbringen konnten.

Gute Küchenausstattung. Alles vorhanden. Wildromantischer Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Fahrräder vorhanden.
Grundreinigung des Hauses wäre nötig, sowie Erneuerung von Matratze und Kopfkissen.
