Upper-floor vacation apartment
The beautiful “Zum Seglerhafen” vacation home in Peenemünde is located near the Peenemünde sailing harbor, on a lovely private lot.
There are 2 vacation apartments in the vacation home. One apartment is on the first floor and features a large sun terrace; the other apartment is on the 1st floor and has a beautiful, sunny balcony.
Each apartment can accommodate 4 adults plus one toddler up to 3 years old. The ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2 adults (1 bedroom) and 2 children (1 small bedroom with a bunk bed); the first-floor apartment can accommodate 2 adults (1 bedroom) and 2 people (living room with a sleeper sofa) as well as one toddler (crib).
Each apartment in the building features high-quality, tasteful furnishings.
In the living room, the dining area and living area flow seamlessly into one another.
The living room couch in the upper apartment can be used as a sleeper sofa for the 3rd and 4th guests.
It is possible to rent the vacation home for exclusive use by a total of 10 people (occupancy as described above).
Furthermore, all rooms have windows, making the house bright and inviting.
It is a detached vacation home.
The vacation home in Peenemünde is located near the Peenemünde harbor. There’s always something going on in this historic town. Any disturbances caused by various activities are already factored into the rental price, so a further reduction in rent is not possible.
The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly point out that, for the sake of the neighbors, we value a quiet living environment and mutual consideration
Pets are allowed, but on the upper floor only those with a withers height of up to 40 cm and weighing up to 50 kg; there are no restrictions on the first floor.
We have recently installed a permanent outdoor grill that is freely available to guests in both apartments.
The final cleaning fee includes key return, as well as a shower mat and dish towel.
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be added for an additional fee.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
