The apartment is located in a heavenly beautiful and large, older farm (without farm gate) with fantastic views of the Allgäu Mountains. The farm is surrounded by a magnificent grounds with a private forest. Location: In sublime and slightly elevated edge of town (south-eastern orientation) to the historic center of ostallgäuerischen village, not far from Kaufbeuren and Irsee, with unobstructed views of the hills by meadows and Allgäu countryside. The royal castles can be reached in 45 minutes, The magnificent Forggensee min in about 30 minutes. In winter the next ski trails are accessible directly from the house. Other trails are in Irsee and the near and far. Next swimming (10 min.) Are in the natural swimming pool or on Gfällmühle Elbsee, both with sunbathing area and restaurant. Please note: From approx. Mid-May 2018, the sleeping bunk / shared room can be rented on the ground floor. The sleeping camp is simple and without heating. The additional newly renovated bathroom and additional new toilet on the ground floor is expected to be completed in the late summer / fall of 2018. Both are fully usable. Only minor things are missing

- Local tax / tourism tax: included in the price.
- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 70 EUR (optional).
- Flat rate: once per object Costs of 70 EUR (compulsory).
- Final cleaning sleeping: once per object costs in the amount of 30 EUR (optional).
- Towels: to rent once per person for 2 EUR (optional).
- Bed linen: to rent once per person for 6 EUR (optional).
- Electricity: once per person included in the price.
- Internet: per object and day included in the price.
- Fireplace Fireplace: included in the price per object per day.
- Heating fee mainly in the winter months. If the renter is willing to heat the stove occasionally and to adapt to the local heating habits, this heating fee can be waived in whole or in part: per object and week costs of 50 EUR (optional).
- From 5 persons, the sleeping camp is included in the price. It can also be booked with a smaller number of people. Price on request .: per object and week costs in the amount of 20 EUR (optional).
- The car can also be parked on a lockable, dry parking space. This pitch is directly accessible from the apartment from dry. The parking in the yard is free of charge: per object and week costs of 10 EUR (optional).
- Parking: per object and week included in the price.
- Electricity: 10 € per week are included in the price, usually far enough: per object and week according to consumption (mandatory).
- Lump-sum, these charges can be waived in whole or in part, if no on-site support is required. For handover and acceptance of course, someone on site: per person per day costs of 1 EUR (optional).

Wir waren mit zwei Familien spontan im Allgäu und haben diese einfache, gemütliche kleine Wohnung gefunden. Leider nicht zu empfehlen für 2 Familien, da es zwar genügend Betten gibt, aber nur ein seperates Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten gibt es keine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Besser nur zum Schlafen dort aufhalten. Wir hatten Glück und super Wetter und waren immer unterwegs. Abends haben wir gespielt und gekocht, oder sind in den nächsten Ort in den Biergarten gelaufen. Preisleistung ist vollkommen okay. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich ☺

An sich eine nette Unterkunft.Das Bettenlager ist solala .Die Küchen Einrichtung könnte eine Rundum Erneuerrung brauchen.Ansonsten ob.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das einzige was schade war, dass die Wohnung etwas dunkel ist. Es hat den Erholungswert für uns aber nicht gemindert. Vielen Dank, dass alles so unkompliziert geklappt hat!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines alten Bauernhauses. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, einem kleinen Durchgangszimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppel- und einem weiteren Einzelbett sowie einem Bad. Ein Teil des Gartens kann mitgenutzt werden, u.a. auch für ein Lagerfeuer (haben wir nicht gemacht). Die Nachbarn, die den Schlüssel übergeben, sind sehr nett. In weniger als 100 m Entfernung kann frische Milch beim Bauernhof geholt werden.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Mietkosten sind günstig, obwohl die Wohnung noch recht frisch renoviert ist. Dennoch hat sie ihren Charakter einer Wohung im Fachwerkhaus behalten.
Allenfalls die etwas knappe Ausstattung mit Schränken, die nicht für 4 Personen reichen, ist negativ anzumerken. Alles andere in Ordnung. Vielen Dank!
