L appartement est très bien situé, avec l accès à une piscine agréable. J ai juste noté quelques manques au niveau des prestations. Nous etions 2 adultes, fonc ns sommes restés au tez de chaussée de l appartement. En haut, une impression de debarras ( carton vide. Mini four dans un carton. Etc) Pour ma part il manquait un grand etendoir à linge avec pinces a linge. Un grill pain aurait été apprécié.. Pas de seau ni de serpillière pour laver parterre si besoin. Et j en passe..

Très bon accueil de l'agence et très agréable location dans un cadre verdoyant. 2 petites remarques : manque un service de verre (au moins 4 identiques) et l'eau de la piscine un peu fraiche.

bel appartement.. très bien situé ...proche du centre de PONTAILLAC....de la mer des plages des restaurants..tout pour etre bien ...ne pas oublier les balades à pieds ou en voiture de belles choses à découvrir ...

Avis mitigé sur cette location. Points +: le quartier tranquille, proche des commerces et de la plage, appartement propre à l’arrivée. Points -: pas de rangements dans la cuisine pour les course, moquette sur la terrasse galère à nettoyer, literie assez moyenne. La terrasse est petite, pas simple pour manger à 4. Attention au parking, pas de place attitrée donc passé 21h30 il faut chercher dans la rue.
