Ideally located, 700 meters from the first beaches, in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths, along the coastal path.
The beach of Pontaillac next door (casino, restaurants, shops. . shops in Vaux-sur-mer, and commercial area).
Quality services for this villa bathed in light throughout the day, newly equipped and tastefully decorated, including: air conditioning, wifi, two TVs.
Accommodating four people, it includes a spacious living area with living room (convertible of good quality) open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso machine. . ) and a bedroom with good bedding (sleeping 160 x 200), two bathrooms with bath and shower, and separate toilet.
The exterior includes a garden and a large terrace equipped with everything you need: table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol as well as a plancha and an outdoor shower.
Parking is in the property (secure parking) with the possibility of storing bicycles or surfing without constraint.
Bed linen is provided. Free loan of childcare equipment on request.
Towels can be rented.
