About this apartment rental
Our 2017 fully renovated apartment is located in the quiet OT Göttingerode on the edge of the Harz about 5 km from Bad Harzburg and 8 km from Goslar. In about 2 minutes you reach a wonderful starting point for hikes through the forest or over paddocks.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons and 72 square meters. It is not suitable for wheelchair users.
A staircase leads to the bathroom and the bedrooms.
Upstairs are:
2 bedrooms, including a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m / duvets 1.55 x 2.20 m and a wardrobe. The second. Bedroom is equipped with two separate beds 0.90 x 2.00 m and a wardrobe.
1 bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a large shower. A bathroom cabinet offers plenty of storage space. Hair dryer is available.
In the hallway is a bicycle exercise bike available.
On the ground floor are:
1 living room with dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a large armchair and a cocktail chair. The dining room table seats 4 people. In the sideboard are div. Books, games and an information folder with excursion destinations. Cable / TV can be watched from living room or dining room. A stereo compact system is available.
In the fully equipped kitchen (strainer, can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew, pan and much more) is a stove with four ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven (no microwave) fridge with separate freezer and coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In fine weather, the courtyard offers a comfortable seating area for breakfast or barbecues.
Miscellaneous:
Linen package (1 x bed linen, 2 tea towels and per person 2 towels are included in the price)
Wi-Fi is included in the price (password protected).
1 parking space in front of the house is available.
There is no cot and no high chair available.

This is a very convenient place to stay when you want to be near to the nature of the Harz, and the city of Goslar/ Bad Harzburg without the hassle of both cities, although you need to go there for a supermarket or bakery. We loved to swim in the lakes near Hahnenklee, and to walk with the alpaca's near Goslar.

Sehr nette Vetmieter. Super Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, um erholsame Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Wer gerne wandert, so wie wir, ist mit dieser Fewo sehr gut beraten. Und bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es genügend kulturelle Angebote in der Nähe. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn es uns mal wieder in den Harz zieht.

Unsere zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung waren entspannend und sorglos.
Die Wohnung war vom feinsten eingerichtet, Standard wie man es von zu Hause kennt.
Kleine Stolpersteine wurden souverän und zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit aus dem Weg geräumt.
Wir haben uns äußerst willkommen gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
