This spacious, approximately 94 m² vacation apartment offers modern living comfort for up to four people and has been fully equipped to a high standard following extensive renovations. It features a light-filled living room with an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms with double beds, and an additional children’s playroom. The fully equipped built-in kitchen includes, among other things, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet provides additional comfort. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, and a stereo system. The apartment also features a terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A parking space is available. A weekend bread delivery service and personalized recommendations from the hosts round out the offerings.



On-site costs: A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request.
