About this villa rental
Villa 'Bayside # 18' is a luxury beachside 4 (en-suite) bedroom villa with panoramic sea & beach views and next to Samrong BAy Beach. It is perfect for guests looking for seclusion and relaxation.
This Beach and Thailand inspired Villa is located at Samrong Bay Beach. It is close to three beautiful beaches. Shops, markets, restaurants, airport, pharmacy and tourist attractions are all nearby.
You will love this Villa because of the beach location, ambiance, security, peaceful neighborhood, fresh & friendly looking rooms, comfortable beds and amenities.
The Villa is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and groups of friends.
THE SPACE
Villa 'Bayside # 18' is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Plai Laem Soi 7, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the nearest beach is Samrong Bay Beach or 'Secret Beach', only 100 meters from the villa. The villa has a private infinity pool.
The airport is just a 10 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and is located next to the famous Sixth Senses Luxury Resort.
The villa is 'beach-style' decorated to make the living area to a relaxing place for families and friends The bedrooms are decorated with a modern 'Thai flair'. The main features are the beach (only a couple of steps away) the sea views, the blue sky and the amazing sunsets.
The upper floor includes three bedrooms, one of them has a sofa bed and a working area.
The first floor includes the living / dining area with an open kitchen. This area opens to the terrace / patio area with a bar, dining area, sun loungers and infinity pool (5.5mx3.5m) overlooking the sea.
The ground floor area has a large en-suite bedroom (4th bedroom), a garage with space for two cars and a small garden.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We don't charge any general taxes
Housekeeping, garbage collection, pool and garden maintenance (3 times / per week) are included into the rental fee,
Guest airport pick-up - one car only - (but not the airport transfer) included in the rental price,
If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
If you require any additional services like Thai cooking, baby sitter, massages please let our Villa Manager know and who will organize these for you (you will need to pay this directly to the service provider)
Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt / hr - This is common praxis in private rental villas in Thailand
· As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 17,000 THB in cash (or 500 USD or 450 EUR), which you will need pay at the time of your arrival. The Villa Manager will give you the keys for the property and will show you how everything works in the villa. You will get back your security deposit money when leaving the property and handing back the keys.
NO NOISE, NO LOUD MUSIC AND NO PARTYING IN THE VILLA, please
Whilst we want you enjoy your time in the villa, we are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas.
NON SMOKING POLICY
We are asking that our guests respect that we have non-smoking policy in the entire villa. If you want to smoke, you do so outside on the patio area, please.

Fantastisk utsikt, bra beliggenhet (litt utenfor der alt skjer) tar 15 min med taxi til "der alt skjer" koster kun kr 150 bath med taxi og du får taxi med en gang du ønsker.

We were SO HAPPY with EVERY aspect of this BEAUTIFUL HOME!!
A few things to be aware of so they don't catch you off guard. There IS construction going on around the house> it is tolerable and mostly they stop working at a decent hour. You DO need to pay extra for the electricity and really a car is needed, it was further out than we expected. So just be prepared so that none of them take you off guard. Jeff the house manager was incredibly helpful and we were very happy with his response time to all of our questions. I would rent this house again in a minute.
