This is a beautiful unit that includes a washer & dryer, TV, DVD player and covered parking. This building has a pool. Internet Access and Unlimited Long Distance included. This is a non-smoking building. May not smoke on property.

From start to finish our experience at Plan Sea was great! Perfect location in IRB with access to wonderful restaurants/shops/activities within walking distance. Property management was very responsive to any questions we had. Will return next year!!

Great location with stunning views. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and beach just steps away. Place was nice and clean. Will stay here again when we come back to Tampa area!

Everything was great except you cannot get the local tv channels and I questioned this but no response other than that the place was beautiful.

We rented this condo for a week in Sept 2022. The location is beautiful with direct beach access and awesome sunset views. The area is relatively quiet and within easy walking/driving distance to all amenities. There's a small pool offering additional opportunities to relax and cool off from the hot FL sun. The condo itself was clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the necessary equipment needed for a short or long-term stay. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs (2) are provided. Would definitely recommend to friends and plan on renting this unit again in the future.
