The historic villa is located on a small private road surrounded by other villas. From this private road, a wide stone staircase leads up to the 2,200-square-meter, terraced property on a south-facing slope.
The house features a highly unique floor plan, as it combines two distinct, historic halves of the property. The interior is distinctive and full of character, featuring wonderful old terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, tasteful furnishings, and lovingly curated decor. All bathrooms and the kitchen are in modern condition.
From the garden in front of the large summer terrace, you can see the 60-square-meter pool with an outdoor shower and the 60-square-meter sun terrace behind it, complete with sun loungers and garden furniture.
The Provençal character of the garden is defined by lush palm trees and large, antique amphorae.
