About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 1930 and renovated in 2010, is furnished in a rustic, functional, and typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the covered terrace (together with living room / bedroom) with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and To access the bathroom you must exit the upper apartment, as it is located on the external loggia. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Eat-in kitchen with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed.

Radicofani, 590 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 10,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The house is situated near a provincial road with very little traffic. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 20 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property.
