It was lovely being near Little Beach and able to walk to Nelson Bay taking 40minutes. The views were lovely and many birds about in the area. The wifi wasn’t working but the real estate was quick to provide a replacement Thankyou to Lucie from McGraths was very helpful
I don’t recall seeing it was on the 3rd floor 55 steps one way taking up luggage was difficult but became easier over the days.

Location
Quite dated. No proper heating. Toilet lid kept falling down. Didn't realise it was on third floor and no lift. Bed very hard.

Location close to beach and well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher
Property was tired in need of renovation. Did not provide sheets and had to hire them as an extra. Internet did not work although agent was very helpful in providing a dongle to get a basic service.
