Location, roomy lounge kitchen dining
No Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Windows couldn’t be opened fully, which reduced air flow into bedroom significantly. Being on the 3rd floor the unit needs better airflow. Being given only 1 key for 5 guests also wasn’t great.

Location was the key. Beautiful trees surround the unit with great bird life. Beach just a short walk.
Air conditioning in lounge only. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be great.
