Nice location, although it's located on the edge of Podstrana first necessities (shop, busstop etc) are close by. Apartment has all basics needed, and probably the best part is that you can hit the sea within one minute from your front door.
Wifi was unstable at times & ants in the living room/kitchen.

The beach was just across the street and had balcony to enjoy the beautiful view

Host was friendly and kind. Despite his discourage, checkin to the hotel was quick.
Host was discouraged by our arrival Hotel is near the sea and the music from passing boats was disturbing my sleep
