Nice couple of relaxing days in Podstrana
Room was nice and clean and big enough. There are several groceries near by and the bus station is also just several meters away. The beach is a few minutes away by walking, just like coffee shops and restaurants. The owner is very kind and helpful.
It would be great if there was a refrigerator in the room, but like I mentioned there are several groceries near by. I stayed for two nights, so that wasn’t really so big issue for me.

It was clean, they were really helpful.
They could have some bed fitted covers or bed sheets its was kind of disrupting. And you can hear a lot through those walls :) if you’re planning to chill and watch TV you need internet working so you can share it through your phone.

A nice, clean room, but NOT an apartment!
The host was warm and easily contactable. The room was clean, nicely renovated and the location was good, near to beaches and restaurants.
I was really disappointed that this is only a room, not at all an appartment- there was no kitchenette inside our room as in the photos and description. We had use of a very basic kitchen downstairs with only one pan and no crockery... There was also no balcony on our room, despite the photos and description showing balconies...

Помешкання розташоване дуже зручно відносно пляжів, набережної, автобусної зупинки, магазинів та кафе.
Все поряд і у пішій доступності. Помешкання повністю відповідає опису на букінг. Гарний кухонний куточок, повністю обладнаний кухонним гарнітуром, холодильником і необхідним посудом. Зручне ліжко для відпочинку. Дуже привітні господарі, які роблять все для гарного відпочинку гостей. Приємна увага власників , які підготували невеликі презенти при поселенні та виселенні гостей. Із задоволенням відпочили б у цих апартаментах у майбутньому.
Все сподобалося, хотілося б кращий сигнал вай-фаю.

Booking parlait d appartement.
Il s agit d une chambre uniquement sans balcon, sans même un frigo.

Nie wieder !
Die Vermieterin war immer bemüht schnelle Lösungen zu finden. Die Lage ist top ! In 2 Minuten findet man Lebensmittel Geschäfte, Restaurants und Essensbuden. Der Kiesstrand ist in 5 min zu erreichen.
Wir sind angekommen und das Apartment hat modrig gerochen. Schnell haben wir Schimmel an jedem Eck gesehen. Nicht viel, aber sichtbar. ( Laut der Vermieterin waren das schlechte Malerarbeiten- nein ! )Auch das Salz war schon feucht. Der Toiletten Sitz war kaputt. Genau so wie die Fußleiste. Der Wasserdruck ist schlecht. Personen mit langen Haaren brauchen ewig. Aus einigen Steckdosen ragen die Kabel raus. Zudem auch keinerlei Steckdosen Schutz in den anderen. ( dieser wurde dann auf unseren Wunsch angebracht ). Die Wohnung war als kinderfreundlich deklariert. War sie nicht. Beim Schlafsofa fällt bei jeder Bewegung die Holzplatte raus. Der Kühlschrank hat KEIN Gefrierfach. Zudem ist die Küche sehr sperrig eingerichtet. Reibe rostet, keinerlei Kellen, keine Schneidebretter, kein Sieb, nicht ausreichende kleine Löffel. Überhalb der Klimaanlage war ein großer schwarzer Fleck. Diese wird nicht gewartet und hat 2 Tage gar nicht funktioniert und einige Funktionen gehen nicht. Internet geht nicht. Laut Vermieterin klappt das immer - nein ! Die Vermieterin hat am nächsten Tag die Leiste befestigt, einen neuen Toilettensitz angebracht und ein neuen Duschkopf. Der Wasserdruck war nach wie vor zu wenig. Zudem ging die Toiletten Spülung nur 2x am Tag. Sie hat den schwarzen Fleck ein wenig weg geputzt. Auf den modrigen Geruch angesprochen, hat sie falsches Lüften der anderen Gäste als Grund angegeben. Wir haben einen Luft Erfrischer bekommen, der aber jeden Tag raus geholt wurde und am nächsten Tag von ihr gebracht wurde. Wir mussten immer Bescheid geben wann wir da sind und wann nicht, das sie das Gerät abstellt. Warum dieser nicht einfach drin bleiben konnte, wissen wir nicht. Sie hat sich bemüht und die Arbeiten schnell gemacht.Aber die Probleme hat sie nie bei sich gesehen. Wir mussten aufgrund des Schimmels den Aufenthalt abbrechen. Einen Preisnachlass haben wir nicht bekommen, welcher eigentlich vereinbart war. Weil wir ja das Problem haben. Abzocke vom feinsten !

Posizione un po’ isolata da Spalato dove nel mese di Agosto ci sono molto turisti, molto tranquillo la sera e ben servito da supermercati, ristorante e spiaggia.
