The location was great - there are two supermarkets nearby and quite a few restaurants. The drawback is that it can get quite loud, but that’s to be expected. The host was very nice and resolved all of our issues promptly. The room itself was fairly clean, and the Wi‑Fi was good enough (better than most accommodations in this price range). The bed was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony offered a nice view. The shower was great.

Parking is basically “finders keepers” - there are two parallel parking spots right in front of the building, two perpendicular spots up a small hill (cars with lower ground clearance won’t make it up there), two spots a little further and then a spot which I find hard to describe in other words than parking in a ditch. The lock on the front door is an everyday struggle, and it only gets worse with the bathroom door - the handle does not work and you can only use the lock - which is even harder to use than the one on the front door. The bathroom seems to be under reconstructions - holes left after wall plugs all over, you can still see remains of old silicone on the walls and instead of a vent you get a hole in the wall. There are not that many outlets, although it is compensated with USB-C and USB-A ports on the bedside lamps. Half of the light switches do not lead to anything - yet we have not found a way to turn on the lights on the balcony. You can find cables sticking out of the walls in some places. The main chandelier is hanging way too low and only two of the five lights are actually on (the rest do not have a light bulb in). We don’t tend to cook on vacations, hence we were not looking for a wide array of kitchen appliances, but it would be nice to have at least one proper knife - the one in the room was very dull. Although it was very nice sitting on the balcony, be careful not to go barefoot, you might step into the AC condensate, since the condensate drainage is basically just on the floor of the balcony. The only place to hang your wet clothes and towels is a very strange hanging line and a few very rusty pegs.

It was really clean. And the bed was super comfortable. For a shorter stay and proximity of the supermarket and sea it is nice.

The bathroom is very small and cheaply made - everything gets wet. And the electricity is not strong enough for the stove, so it went out a couple of times when we were cooking - also be aware that there were not a lot of cooking amenities in the kitchen (for example nothing to make scrambled eggs in or a bowl to eat cereal from)

Posizione tranquilla vicino alla baia di Stobrec dove il mare è molto bello,ed a circa 20’ da Spalato. Parcheggio in loco, market vicini. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

L’appartamento manca dell’essenziale per vivere la casa: manca uno scolapasta, cucchiaini, il freezer, tovagliette per la tavola, strofinacci per pulire, avendo noi un bambino e cucinando di sera non è stato semplice. Presenza di formiche nell’appartamento.
