Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, a szállásadók végtelenül kedvesek és aranyosak,a szállás pedig gyönyörű, jól felszerelt, rendezett és nagyon tiszta volt!! Csak ajánlani tudjuk! Ha legközelebb Horvátországba megyünk biztos ismét a Rosiet választjuk.

I liked the cleaness of the apartment. The equipment was pretty new and there was everything that family needs on daily basis. There is a short way to the beach. The tarrace is equiped with large garden umbrella, table with chairs, beach chairs and small space with artificial grass where you can play football. There is also a brick grill and you can use it whenever you want. Contact with the owner was very good.

The apartment is close to the very busy road. The Air Condition did not work during our stay. The owner was trying to fix it, unfortunately, without success. Eventually, we got a portable air conditioner (it requires open window to let hot air out through the pipe), but due to busy road and big traffic noise we had to sleep with closed windows and A/C turned off. Parking spot is hard to manouver. There is a big curb in the middle and it's hard to turn around there. Taking into consideration the road is very busy, it's been challenging to leave the spot and join the traffic. In the close area of the apartment there are not many restaurants. There are few food stands where you can buy food for take away, but nothing where you can go inside with AC and eat by the table except one grill restaurant with halal meat.

If I could give more than 10/10, I would. The apartment was spotlessly clean, everything new, beautifully equipped, and had absolutely everything we needed, including an oven, washing machine, and every kitchen utensil you could think of. The location is perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the beach and within 5 minutes of supermarkets, bakeries, fresh fruit and vegetables, grilled fish, and restaurants. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. Even before we arrived, they recorded a video of the stairs because I was travelling with a disabled family member. They helped us with our luggage, showed us around the area, treated us to outstanding homemade olive oil, fresh drinks in the fridge for whole family and fresh vegetables from their garden, and even set up inflatable toys and football game on the terrace for my son to play with. Whenever we needed anything, they responded immediately. I have been spending my holidays in Croatia my whole life, and I can honestly say this is the kindest family we have ever met. Their warmth, generosity, and positive energy made us feel like part of the family. We will definitely be back.
