About this apartment rental
Beautiful, completely updated Harbour Island Condo with 1-car garage (+1 additional space in front of garage), located in a gated community. This home is an upper unit and features an open floor plan, high ceilings, a large patio/balcony, Master bedroom with king size bed, and a full laundry room with washer & dryer.
IMPORTANT: HOA requires 4 months min lease!
We just finished it - all new furniture: the living space has two leather couches and a dining table with 4 chairs. In addition, there is a breakfast area and a small home office space!
The condo has hardwood floor throughout the living room and kitchen, carpet in the Master bedroom.
The community features 24hr guarded gate service, 2 pools and hot tubs, clubhouse, and fitness room.
We are directly located next to Downtown Tampa. the River Walk, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Channelside, The Straz Center & tons of other entertainment, shopping and dining.
Lease period of 4 months required; long-term welcomed. Please note also that for bookings of 6 months or less, vrbo automatically adds the current lodging tax of 13.5% into the shown amount. You'll see that for longer bookings the price drops accordingly.

Great location for exploring Downtown Tampa and enjoying the Ice Hockey at the Amalie Arena. Easy walking distance to Tampa Riverwalk and approx 5 minutes drive to nearest Publix Supermarket. Clean and tidy condo with parking space and good security. Great communication from Ruth at all times.

we spent 9 days at the property and had a great time!
everything we needed was there, the balcony was soo relaxing especially in the evenings when we came home after a full day...
the location is great, in the downtown core, we walked around, had dinner at Jackson bistro on the Seawall...
great vacation and beautiful memories.

we would definitely recommend this unit to anyone coming to Tampa.

We loved our month at Ruth & Patrick's condo in the Island Place gated community on Harbour Island. The one bedroom condo was immaculate. New walls, floors and furnishings. The bedroom was large, the living areas open and inviting. We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pond. The kitchen was small and minimally outfitted but adequate. With its high ceilings, the condo felt spacious. We enjoyed our walks around Harbour Island with its cute almost faux-parisian buildings and 2 restaurants, as well as evening strolls around the channel, to Jackson's on the island and the outdoor channelside food court Sparkman's Wharf. It was an easy walk or bikeride to the Riverwalk, with access to good restaurants like Ulele and Armature Works. The quiet condo community has a pool and gym, as well as a tennis court. Ruth and Patrick with friendly and helpful hosts, and we highly recommend the condo.
