About this house rental
Enjoy the unique combination of luxury and cosiness between beautiful, fine sandy bathing beach, pine forests and lagoon. The old harbor town of Breege, with its idyllic harbor and localities, invites you to linger and is an excellent starting point for trips to Hiddensee and to the festival in Ralswiek.
From Breege you have an ideal starting point and can take extensive bike tours and hikes through the well-developed network of biking and hiking trails.
Several really good restaurants and bars (steakhouse, tapas bar, pizzeria, etc.) can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the Ferinehaus 'Alessia' with its generous space, 4 to 6 people have enough space. Own parking space (directly at the house), as well as a large furnished wooden terrace (NEW with a large lounge), which invites you to relax and grill after a great day on the beach.
Or, on cold winter days, end the day with a sauna, a bath in the whirlpool or a glass of red wine and a book by the fireplace.
With its two bedrooms (both equipped with flat screen televisions) on the upper floor and its high-quality, modern furnishings, this house offers every conceivable comfort.

2 complete baths, your personal small wellness area.
Bathroom on the ground floor with infrared sauna, floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, toilet
Bathroom on the upper floor with a modern, illuminated whirlpool, sink and toilet
Dormitory:
2 bedrooms upstairs, both with flat screen TVs. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together), both bedrooms with wardrobe and wicker chair tastefully furnished, with floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout pleated blinds and curtains. Cot can be delivered individually. A comfort double mattress (self-inflating) can be set up individually.
Outside:

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, nahe am Strand alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist schön, leider nicht so sauber und gepflegt ! Wir haben Hr. Herzog darauf hingewiesen der gab es an die Reinigungsfirma weiter - mit welchem Egebniss ist offen. Es ist nicht schön wenn die Küche Spuren der Vorgänger aufweisst, Besteck und Geschirr nicht unbedingt das was man sauber nett. Es bedürfte mal einer Grundreinigung.
Reaagiert wurde gleich auf die nicht vorhandene Erstausstattung sprich Spültabs, Spültücher..
Die Beleuchung über dem Herd wurde angeschaut aber da braucht es wohl eine neue Abzugshaube und das bestimmt bereits seit längerem. Das Haus ist schön, aber optisch besser stargestellt auf dem Fotos. Auf der Terrasse sollten die Pflanzen geschnitten werden und das schöne Sofa steht tatsächlich ohne Überdachung und mussimmer weder "gereinigt werden. Der Sonnenschirm ist super, die Betten gut, aber wir buchen dort nicht mehr. Leider gab es keine Mappe im Haus wo über Müllentsorgung, Unternehmungen, Aertze etc. informiert wurde. Auch über die Mülltrennnung keine Info. Auch kein Schlüssel für die Müllhäuschen, der kam erst auf Nachfrage. Das ist echt schade man könnte dies anders lösen. Eine Überfahrt nach Hiddensee ist mit sehr viel Tourismus verbunden, auf der Insel trittman sich tot. Landschaftlich super schön so wie Breege auch das eine schönen Strand hat. Aber das Haus wird leider nicht so in Schuss gehalten wie es es verdient hätte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Sehr gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet, alles da was man gebraucht hat. Viele staumöglichkeiten, Räume alle groß genug, zwei Bäder.
Sauna bzw. Infrarotkammer haben wir täglich genutzt- sehr schön.
Der Whirlpool hat leider einen Wasserschaden- meine Tochter war darüber etwas traurig.
Der Standort ist super- schön ruhig im bernsteinpark, unmittelbare Nähe das Hotel-Restaurant Windland mit Brötchen-Bestellmöglichkeit bzw. Frühstücksbüffet. Zur Ostsee bzw. Zum Bodden ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, in das Dorf breege/zum Hafen waren es ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Die Reinigung wurde sehr oberflächlich gemacht.
Die Bäder sind sauber jedoch die Küche und alle anderen Bereiche sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gereinigt.
Sofa im Wohnzimmer riecht nach Hund auch die Kissen rochen stark.
Die Küche ist mit alten Zubehör ausgestattet wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen.
Die Terrasse wäre sehr schön musste aber vor Gebrauch von uns selbst gereinigt werden.
Der Außengrill ist alt und stark verschmutzt und verrostet nicht zu benutzen.
In den Schränken waren alte Schrauben, Werkzeug, und Unrat.
Im kleinen Raum unter der Treppe wo auch die Waschmaschine steht wurde auch Unrat wie defekten Staubsauger altes Putzzubehör.... abgestellt.
Die Whirlpoolwanne existiert nicht mehr würde gegen eine normale Wanne ersetzt schade könnte man aus der Anzeige nehmen da sich viele Leute darauf freuen.
Die Sauna funktionierte bei uns.
Im großen und ganzen ist scheinbar der Profit am Gast das wichtigste und nicht die Zufriedenheit der Kunden.
Ich vermiete selbst und kann es nicht verstehen da die Gäste immer Bewertungen lesen und die Vermietung nachlassen wird wenn diese nicht gut sind.
Trotzdem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub toller Strand nicht weit weg, tolle Radtouren....
