Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, durchgängig sauber, qualitativ gut (Mobiliar)und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die kurzen Entfernungen zum Strand und Bus sind super. Betten /Matratzen sind gut.
Kleine Veränderungen würden deutlich aufwerten helfen: 1. Eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer für gemütlichere Beleuchtung am Abend sollte aufgestellt werden 2. Der Backofen und der Herd sind im Standard veraltet (nur Ober-/ Unterhitze, Herdplatten) Auch im Geschirrspüler bedarf es eines Ersatzes der Körbe (diese sind rostig) 3. Ein WLAN-fähiges Smart-TV-Gerät sollte den veralteten Toshiba ersetzen 4. Durchgängige Doppelausstattung Besteck / Geschirr wäre hilfreich um den Geschirrspüler effizienter zu nutzen.

Ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Lage super/ Nähe zum Stand 3 Gehminuten
Sauberkeit im Umfeld in der Wohnung. Sofa muss erneuert werden. Spinnen und Weben sollten regelmäßig entfernt werden hauptsächlich Eingangsbereich und Balkon. In den Zimmern auch.

Die Lage Mage am Strand war super
Nägel schauten aus den Möbeln vor allem aber aus dem Sesselpolster. ( die Kinder haben es nicht gleich gesehen und sich darauf gesetzt) Die Essensreste der vorherigen Besucher waren zu sehen. Es war nicht sauber. Die Möbel waren einfach alt und nicht gemütlich. Es fehlte es nützlichen Dingen: Schere, scharfe Messer etc.).
