About this house rental
The house is located in a quiet location. It stands on a 475 sqm plot with a terrace. There are garden furniture and 2 deckchairs. A parking space is located in the turnaround or Wendenhammer Street ports. The house can only be reached via a footpath. The house has an idyllic location and 90 square meters. Dogs are welcome.
The Baltic Sea and the beach is easily accessible on foot. The beach is about 900 meters away. Also about 900 meters away is the "Damper Promenade". There are also a bakery, an Edeka and the Baltic Sea restaurant.
The house has just been renovated. It has a new, high quality and modern equipment. There is a direct electric heating with advanced control. There is Wi-Fi or Internet (free) with phone and a notebook. We also offer Sky / Bundesliga / Sport / Chamions-Leaque and Sky Starter (eg. Romance TV) free to. In the living room is a large Smart TV with 3D glasses. The upholstered furniture and the wardrobes are all newly furnished. In autumn 2016, an exclusive fitted kitchen with black glass has been newly installed. There are Bosch appliances, such as ceramic hob, oven and fridge (with freezer compartment) available. There is also a Miele washing machine.
The house is ideal for holidays with children. There is a travel cot, a children's high chair, card and board games.
In the garden, the children can play undisturbed.
The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. If required, a folding bed can be built. A second folding bed is available as a reserve. There are spacious wardrobes. Upstairs is an additional toilet. In 2018, the bathroom has been renovated. Everything is new in the bathroom. The sheets and towels are not themselves.

Damp has the most beautiful Baltic beaches of Schleswig-Holstein with ideal swimming conditions for all ages. There is a long beach which go great for walks, play beach volleyball and jogging and much more inviting. A new water park (Entdeckerbad) was opened in July 2014.
In Damp, a municipal accommodation tax of 3% of the overnight stay per person per night will be charged.
Children are free (under 16 years).

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (3,5 und 6) zwei Wochen im Zeltdachhaus von Herrn Siemon und Frau Steffen gewohnt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist circa 900 m vom Strand entfernt, ein Bollerwagen gehört zum Haus, so dass der tägliche Weg zum Strand auch mit kleineren Kindern mühelos zu schaffen. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, in der unteren Etage befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Sesseln und Esstisch, ein Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche und die kleine Küche mit 2x2 Ceranfeldern, Backofen und Kühlschrank sowie Geschirrspüler, Spüle und Waschmaschine. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist so umfassend, dass auch Kuchen gebacken werden konnte. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht es auf die Terasse, einen kleiner Schuppen mit Fahrrädern gibt es dort auch. Zu diesen können wir jedoch nichts sagen da wir diese nicht benutzt haben.
In der oberen Etage (die Kinder haben die Treppe geliebt und stundenlang darauf gespielt) befinden sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Eines dieser Einzelbetten ist von drei Seiten von Wänden umgeben, so dass auch unser Dreijähriger, der sich nachts wirklich viel bewegt, gefahrlos darauf schlafen konnte. Eine kleine Gästetoilette befindet sich ebenfalls auf der oberen Etage.
Damp ist ein schönes kleines Ostseebad mit sehr schönem Strand den wir auch oft genutzt haben. Supermarkt und diverse Bistros und Restaurants, ein großer Wikingerspielplatz mit Seilbahn und Minigolf sind vorhanden. Die Ruhe des Hauses und die Ostsee haben für einen erholsamen Urlaub gesorgt. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist super gemütlich und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man so braucht. In 15 Gehminuten ist man an dem tollen Sandstrand. Unsere Jungs ( 9&6) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten durch den grossen Garten viel Platz zum spielen. Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe finden möchte, war es für uns etwas schade das der Zaun in unserer Urlaubszeit abgebaut war so konnten unsere Hunde nicht in den Garten. Da wir aber eh überwiegend am Strand waren ist es nicht so ins Gewicht gefallen. Also für uns ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.

Süßes, kleines Ferienhaus. Strandnah, und jetzt im Februar konnten uns unsere zwei Hunde am Strand unangeleint begleiten. Eine echt schöne, kurze Auszeit vom Alltag. Vermieter supernett und bemüht. Empfehlenswert!
