About this house rental
The house is in a quiet location. It stands on a 316 sqm plot with a terrace. Garden furniture is available. A parking space is located directly at the house. The house is very idyllic and 84 square meters. Dogs are welcome. WiFi is new.
The Baltic Sea or the beach is easy to reach on foot. The beach is approximately 500 meters away. The bedroom overlooks the Baltic Sea. The “Damper Promenade” is also about 500 meters away. There is also a bakery, an Edeka and the Baltic Sea restaurant.
The house is particularly suitable for holidays with children. There is a travel cot, a high seat, card and board games.
The cottage is with a fireplace. The firewood is available.
Our house is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, the hallway leads into the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and into the living room where there is a comfortable seating area and a nice dining area. Flat screen TV available. Radio / CD players are also included. A new and modern direct electric heating is installed. A fireplace completes the equipment.
You enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is newly furnished. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils are available. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. Toaster coffee maker, kettle are also included.
You can also access the terrace from the living room. Garden furniture is available here.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and a spacious closet for laundry and clothing in the hallway between the bedrooms. A second television is connected in the large bedroom. Bed linen and towels necessary.
Damp is located on the Schwansen peninsula on the Baltic Sea. It lies between Kappeln and Eckernförde and is also known under the former name Damp 2000.
Damp has one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Schleswig-Holstein with ideal bathing conditions for all ages. There is a kilometer-long beach that is ideal for walking, jogging, playing beach volleyball and much more. A new water park (discovery pool) was opened in July 2014. There is a water ski track 300 meters away.
In Damp a local accommodation tax of 3% of the accommodation fee per person per night is charged.
Children are free (under 16 years).

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Vorsaison mit Familie und Hund in diesem Domizil. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Natur und Strand (inklusive Hundestrand) waren in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein herzlicher Willkommensgruß unserer Vermieter überraschte uns beim Eintreffen und symbolisierte die Gastfreundlichkeit. Dafür herzlichen Dank! In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich weitere frequentiert bewohnte Ferienhäuser. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gab es, so dass auch Ruhebedürfnissen entsprochen werden konnte. Die Zeit ist sehr schnell vergangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - und können für das hier angebotene Urlaubsgesamtpaket eine klare Urlaubsortempfehlung aussprechen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Damp. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch unsere Hündin war Willkommen und hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Vom 19.03.-29.03. haben wir in diesem Traumhaften Ferienhaus gewohnt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer (Vermieter) war mega. Bei uns gingen die TV's nicht. Haben dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und schon am nächsten Tag wurde sich drum gekümmert. Auch haben wir schon sehr lange nicht mehr in einem sauberen und so gut ausgestatten Ferienhaus gewohnt. Unsere beiden Hunde waren herzlich willkommen und auch ein kleiner Gruß stand bei unserer Ankunft für uns bereit. Dann hatten wir super Wetter und konnten uns wirklich erholen!
100% weiterempfehlung!!!
Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren spontanen Kurzaufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Betten sind bequem und da das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist, konnte man gut ausschlafen. Der Weg zum Ostseestrand, Yachthafen und Geschäftszeile in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!
