About this house rental
Lovingly furnished, non-smoking tent roof house with space for 6 people in the holiday home area of the popular holiday resort of Damp on the Bay of Kiel. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen - incl. washing machine - and a shower room, the house is equipped with a fireplace and a cozy seating area. The interior was equipped with real wood parquet and tiles. A child safety lock is attached to the non-slip stairs with carpet tiles. In addition, the house has facilities suitable for children, including a travel cot and high chair. The double bed was fitted with new mattresses in winter 2023 and 2 of the single beds were retrofitted with electrically adjustable slatted frames. The house has a large garden that offers plenty of space to play. A small covered terrace directly at the house and an additional terrace area, which is very well suited for barbecuing, complete the offer of this inviting holiday home. The beach and harbor are only 600 m away from Holiday Park Damp, which has been redesigned and is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea. A parking space for a car is available directly in front of the house and bicycles can also be parked there. The diverse and exciting facilities, such as the seawater swimming pool and wellness area of the nearby holiday center can be used for a fee. Furthermore, there is an indoor playground, a bowling alley, a water ski facility and a miniature golf course on site for a fee.
The Baltic Sea resort of Damp is located 16 km northeast of Eckernförde on the Schwansen peninsula, between Eckernförde Bay and the Schlei. Damp is located directly on the beautiful, 4 km long sandy beach. There is also an action beach with games, a dog beach and a nudist beach. Beach chairs can be rented locally. It is approx. 50 km to Kiel, the state capital of Schleswig-Holstein.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). The holiday home has received the new quality seal: Service quality Germany. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). Youth groups only on request. For groups and youth groups, one of the travel participants must be over 35 years of age.
