Poor information dampens the experience

The resort is well situated with the beach and the harbour right there. The many activities for children also on rainy days make it very attractive for a family vacation.

The level of information is extremely poor. The tablet in our house had very limited information and almost only in German. It was unclear what was included in our stay and we could not find the program for the kid's club. Chat with the reception took 40 minutes for a reply...

Die Lage des Ferienhauses. Freier Eintritt in das Entdeckerbad und die Funhalla.

Das Nurdachhaus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Ausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist viel zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Es sind kaputte Trinkgläser und Defekte Kochtöpfe im Schrank und leider ist das Haus auch nicht sauber.

Die Lage war gut, da der Strand zu Fuß möglich war und Hunde willkommen sind.

Die Lage und die Ruhe mit großzügigem Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Hunde sind willkommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es war nicht sauber, sehr staubig. Renovierungsbedürftig. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt Ablagefläche am Bett. Eine Lampe am Bett funktioniert nicht und wackelt. Mülleimer in der Küche ist dreckig und auch der Unterschrank der Spüle ist schmutzig. Es ist nicht gut beschildert was die Rezeption betrifft. Etwas schwer zu finden.

Das Wetter, Essen an der Promenade, Kindern gefiel das Schwimmbad und der Indoorhalle,

Die Sauberkeit vom Haus ließ zu wünschen übrig. Kinder schauten sich Barfuß das Haus an und hatten sofort dreckige staubige Strümpfe. Das Geschirr war sehr stumpf beim anfassen. Bestecke und Küchenutensilien müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Das einzige was gut war das es nah am Strand war und die Kinder vor dem Haus raus konnten

Alles sehr alt und runtergekommen ,Personal überall unfreundlich oder konnten kein Deutsch. Ach an der Promenade alles sehr dreckig also da würde ich lieber Kurtaxe bezahlen … eine Übernachtungs Steuer fällt an … ich frag mich wofür? Ach ja das Backblech im Herd ist zu klein

super Rezeption, das Haus mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Komplett gut ausgestattete Küche, WLAN incl, konnten vor 17:00 rein. Wohn/Essbereich großzügig gestaltet, viel Stauraum.Alles in allem: Preis Leistung super

Betten waren ziemlich schmal und alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen Das Frühstücksbuffet mit 25 Euro pro Person etwas überteuert. Trotzdem immer wieder gerne und der Preis war unschlagbar gut 👍

Schwimmbad und Indoor Spielplatz für Kinder.

Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus gemietet. 3 Nächte 300 Euro. Das Ferienhaus war eine Katastrophe, nicht sauber, die Matratzen so durchgelegen, dass wir frühzeitig abgebrochen haben. Schade. Auch eine Beschwerde bei der Rezeption brachte keine Besserung. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Völlig überfordert durch die anreisenden Ostergäste.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende.

Super Lage fußläufig zur Ostsee. Schönes geräumiges Haus. Abends konnte man den Ofen anmachen. Holz lag genug für alle Tage bereit. Betten recht hart, war für uns aber genau richtig.

Den Flur fand uch etwas klein und schade, dass keine Abgrenzung zum Rest des Hauses ist. Alles offen. So landet doch viel Sand von den Schuhen im Küchen-/Wohnbereich. Und bei 4 Personen hat man auch viel unterzubringen im Flur.
