"This hotel is a hidden oasis! The ambiance is beautiful, with lots of greenery and well-kept gardens, 2 swimming pools, and gorgeous bungalows. The staff is super friendly, always ready to help and accommodate your needs. I received a free airport transfer because I booked a 5-night stay. They also granted me a late check-out since my flight was delayed. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my phone, and the girl at the reception selflessly gave me her sister's phone to use for those 5 days so I could capture my memories from Phu Quoc. The breakfast is also superb, the bungalows are clean, the staff is very welcoming, and the peace and quiet you get in return is absolutely beautiful. I truly hope I will have the chance to come back here again!"

The staff are nice. They provide free airport pick up and free shuttle to the Main Street
Not enough water pressure and the water is pretty cold due the rain. Basically can’t take a nice shower 😣
