Everything , from the staff , to the pool , to the rooms it’s amazing , they even let us check out late

The location and it was very peaceful. Friendly staff and great accommodations
The ac in our stay didn’t work too well during the day but at night it was great.

The staff, the pool and the animals are very good. It’s good value if you are from uk but comparatively to other places in Vietnam not quite.
Building work next is not the fault of the this hotel but it is making a big impact. It ruins it really, we decided to leave early.
Also, at the breakfast restaurant there were people smoking. The man next to us had three cigarettes in 15 minutes and I think this is so unpleasant when you’re eating fresh fruit.
