Phu Quoc Valley Sen Bungalow

The location and it was very peaceful. Friendly staff and great accommodations

The ac in our stay didn’t work too well during the day but at night it was great.

it is soooo beautiful there and the was room was lovely and cleaned every day by the cleaners who also left fresh towels every day, the 2 pools were huge and so great. the staff are also super helpful and kind and arranged both airport transfers for us aswell as organised a bike for us to rent. i’m so glad we stayed here

Beautiful location set away from the main town but accessible through the free golf cart available through the hotel. The little bungalows are very charming and comfortable. Proper family run business the staff were fantastic, so welcoming and informative about the local area in terms of what to see and do. Within the first 10 mins of check in we had already sorted out in house laundry and a scooter with them. Massive bonus for the two great pools as well! Best stay yet. Would 1000% recommend

The staff, the pool and the animals are very good. It’s good value if you are from uk but comparatively to other places in Vietnam not quite.

Building work next is not the fault of the this hotel but it is making a big impact. It ruins it really, we decided to leave early. Also, at the breakfast restaurant there were people smoking. The man next to us had three cigarettes in 15 minutes and I think this is so unpleasant when you’re eating fresh fruit.
