    Palm Bay is such a steal. For the price you pay, you get a decent spread for breakfast, a good pool view and friendly service. The room and toilet was clean. The only inconvenience is that it requires a 4-5min walk between the place and the main road, which I can fully accept as it is not the fault of the place.

    I had a wonderful stay at Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc. The location is very convenient—just 15 minutes from the airport—and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, which is always reassuring. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. One of the highlights of the property is the pool—it’s very clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Another big advantage is the location. It’s close to many Indian restaurants, which was great for us, and it’s ideally situated between An Thoi port (perfect for activities like scuba diving, seawalking, snorkeling, and the cable car) and Grand World, where you can explore attractions like Mini Venice and the Teddy Bear Museum. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay—I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

    We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall service and facilities were excellent. The only concern was the breakfast, as there were very few vegetarian options available. Aside from that, everything else was great and made for a pleasant experience.

    100% unpaid and honest review- they have very limited vegetarian options in the breakfast. Considering many indians are visiting phu quoc and staying in the hotel- they should keep more than just bread, butter and jam for vegetarians. The room was smelly. It had a pungent smell. We got a family room which had 2 beds for space. The staff does not pick your luggage or help with it- you have to help yourself. I guess hotels should have basic hospitality. The location is also a bit weird. The road to the hotel is very narrow and during peak times- there is always jam on the entrance. But the hotel is near to central area- duong dong- which is why we chose it. We did not use the pool during our stay but pool was good. They provide 4 water bottles for one day which is good. There is ample parking for 2 wheelers. Overall ok stay- not great- buyers beware.
