Rolling Birch Cottage is a custom home with many extras. This upscale retreat greets you with a wrap around porch, complete with porch swing overlooking the property and lake. Inside a large open floor plan with Great Room beckons you to come in and relax. 2 stories of windows overlook the lake and this peaceful setting. This well appointed home features hardwood floors, large screen TV, spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, Jen-air Range and stainless Refrigerator and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King size bed, 2nd Bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Queen Sleeper sofa in great room sleeps 2.
Home is located within quaint village of Lake Ann 13 miles west of Traverse City on Bryan Lake. Bryan Lake is a small no motors, spring fed lake. Row boat and 2 kayaks included.

Beautiful lake house on Bryan Lake!! Enjoyed the comfort of every room, well furnished in kitchen, and bathrooms. Location was perfect for our needs, enjoyed the row boat and fishing on the lake

We had a great time at Rolling Birch. Enjoying the lake view, (top notch)taking the boat out and fishing, grilling on the patio, short trips to take in the scenery and just relaxing in peaceful surroundings and comfort. So close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland etc. Jeanine and Dan have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Perfect kitchen and great room. Master bedroom just beautiful. Comfortable bed too! Our son, his wife and our 3 year old grandson stayed next door at Lone Pine, 1 bedroom cottage. 30 ft from us! Worked well during these COVID times. We would like to come back next year. Thanks Jeanine & Dan for accommodating us on such short notice.Diane & Marc
