About this house rental
Our finca "Mi Vida" (approx. 2 km from Santanyi) is a typical Mallorcan country house with a fantastic view of the neighboring lands, which complete the picture of a small oasis in the middle of this beautiful island with their olive / almond trees and grazing sheep. It was built in 2006 and has been designed and maintained over the years with great attention to detail, both inside and out. It offers all the amenities for a relaxing and relaxed dream vacation in Mallorca. What sets us apart according to the numerous feedback from our guests is that they feel at home with us and can completely forget the stress of everyday life. The latter pleases us very much, since it was our goal from the beginning to create a retreat for people, where wonderful memories can arise that will accompany their lives for a long time. Hence the name of the finca, "My Life", which reflects our vision.
The finca is idyllically quiet on a hill, surrounded by terraces. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living space is approximately 150sqm, surrounded by 15,000sqm of land.
Enjoy magical evenings on the three different terraces with a total of 100 square meters, (of which 60 square meters covered).
The pool and barbecue area is only 20m away from the spacious open house. This allows parents to relax on one of the terraces and still keep an eye on their offspring at all times.
Bicycles and table tennis invite you to have fun and exercise.
At night you are surrounded by a piece of the universe when you look up at the starry sky ... only the distant points of light of the Church of Santanyi remind you that you are on earth.

Es war ein Traumurlaub in der Traum Finca. Toller Garten und Pool. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Idyllische Lage und sehr ruhig. Privatsphäre garantiert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen für alle dir es ruhig in der Natur mögen.

Wir haben 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbringen dürfen. Der Kontakt zu Kate war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die Beschreibung der Finca entspricht in allen Punkten der Onlinedarstellung. Die Lage ist wundervoll ruhig und gleichzeitig praktisch, da man in wenigen Autominuten Einkäufe erledigen kann. Auch die unterschiedlichsten Strände sind kurzfristig zu erreichen. Die verschiedenen Terassen und der Pool sind ein Traum. Die individuelle geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Gerne möchten wir hier noch einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. Liebe Grüße an Kate und Ihre Familie. Stefanie F.

Waren mit drei Kindern und drei Erwachsenen für ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Toller Wohnbereich mit super Küche, drei großzügige Schlafzimmer innen und mehr als genug Terrassen und Liegen aussen. Es finden sich auch ausreichend Schattenplätzchen rund ums Haus und den Pool. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, also man kann gut entspannen. Die wunderschönen Strände der Umgebung sind leicht zu erreichen. Supermärkte und die schöne Stadt Santanyi auch nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Kate war immer für uns erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Objekt ist auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Beschreibung, die Bilder und erstmal das "Life-Erlebnis". Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein grosser Vorteil für uns mit Kindern war das der Pool nicht direkt am Haus liegt und somit weniger Gefahr bestand, das eins unserer Kinder in Pool fällt. Kein Haus weit und breit um die Finca herum und trotzdem ganz schnell in Santanyi und an den Stränden. Viele schöne Restaurants drumherum, wobei wir auch ganz viel selber gekocht haben mit einer hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche. Zwei Restaurant Tipps: das Vienna in Cas Concos und das Cassai in Ses Salinas. Sehr unterschiedlich aber beide super lecker. Unsere Kinder fragen uns ständig wann wir wieder zu "unserer Finca" fliegen. Sehr guter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Gerne und jederzeit wieder. Nur zu empfehlen!!!
