Returning visit to HR Es Turo, Breakfast was excellent, staff is caring and attentive. Nice restaurant for dinner as well, if you do not want to leave this calm site and enjoy sunset! Spa is functioning well! Atmosphere is calm, relaxed and easy!

The hotel offers a beautiful pool area with stunning views, which is definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property is quite disappointing and feels very worn down. The wooden floors in the rooms are not only extremely noisy but also in such poor shape that they risk causing injury. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, making it easy to hear every conversation from adjacent rooms.
Service was equally underwhelming. From check-in to our first dinner, the staff seemed unmotivated and disengaged. Adding to the negative experience, construction work was taking place in the dining area during dinner hours. Even worse, after the work was finished, metal screws were left scattered near the pool area for two days, despite us alerting the staff twice.
