There are 8 sunloungers to enjoy the sun and two parasols if you prefer the shadow. There is an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine. Pool and outdoor area are illuminated. The plot of about 2.500 sqm is completely walled. From the front veranda you get to a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. The living area is equipped with fireplace, sofas and Sat-TV, the dining area with a solid wooden dining table and 6 chairs.
