Very nice holiday apartment (72 sqm) totally restored in february 2014, 1st floor (no lift), in the Santa Croce area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is very comfortable and it s perfect both for tourists or students

The Sant Ambrogio/Santa Croce area is one of the most lively of the Florence city center and close to the apartment you can find a colourful flea market (Piazza dei Ciompi), an amazing food market (Sant Ambrogio), 3 supermarkets (Billa, Incentro), the beautiful church of Sant Ambrogio, a wonderful Synagogue and a small Mosque.

All around the district you can find great restaurants , the most popular bar of the city (Sant Ambrogio Cafe is a must, Caffe Letterario in the old jail located in the same street is very cool too, Plaz and all the bars of Via dei Benci: Moyo, Oibo Kikuya, Lochness).

The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin, which can be made into a double), 2 bathrooms, a living room with single sofabed, a fully furnished kitchen.
