About this apartment rental
In early 2013, the apartment building was completed. This high-quality, fully furnished apartment is located on the second floor of the building at Rugenbargsweg 31a.
There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is accessible without any architectural barriers.
Our apartment is 62 square meters in size. There are 2 bedrooms (max. 4 adults), 1 living/dining room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic stovetop, as well as a refrigerator; 1 bathroom with a shower (with a window) and 1 guest toilet. The living room and bedroom are equipped with satellite TV/screen. Power strips are available in two bedrooms. Travel cribs/high chairs are available upon request (free of charge).
All rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly flooring.
On the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning (awning available).
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the basement (for an additional fee).
The apartment is located on a quiet street—vehicles can only drive as far as the barrier—in the center of Duhnen.
Non-smoking apartment!
A designated parking space on the property and a separate bicycle storage area (with electrical outlet)—exclusively for this apartment—belongs to the apartment.
You have the option to rent one of our lounge chairs. (5.00 € per day).
The beautiful beach and all the shops are right nearby—restaurants, stores, and the Ahoy, a pool with a hot tub/sauna and a water slide for children are about 400 meters away.
