Apartment No. 1 in the "Seeland 2" building is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the first floor with a beautiful, sunny south-facing terrace. The spacious living/dining room features, among other things, a comfortable sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) with a pull-out bed function, which can be converted into a guest bed in no time at all. This allows you to set up an additional comfortable sleeping arrangement in an instant. The next morning, you can easily convert the bed back into a sofa and sit back comfortably. The fully equipped kitchenette—including a dishwasher, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—offers everything you need to whip up a meal. The bedroom features a 180-cm-wide double bed and a spacious closet. The large, bright bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling, barrier-free shower.

The entertainment package includes a 50-inch flat-screen TV with internet access, a YAMAHA hi-fi radio receiver, and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment comes with a numbered parking space.

The “Seeland 2” building has a washing machine and dryer that are available to guests free of charge.

If you’d like to rent for a shorter period, this is generally not a problem, and we’ll check to see if a shorter stay is possible during the dates you’ve requested.

Each apartment has a separate internet access point—ideal for anyone who wants to work online while on vacation. Thanks to the quiet surroundings and the reliable internet connection, the house is perfectly suited for “workation” stays and longer stays that include working from home.

For added convenience, guests have access to a bike shed right next to the house—ideal for active vacationers and guests who arrive with their own bicycles.
