In this beautiful and cozy vacation rental, you and two other guests will find plenty of space to relax after long days at the beach and enjoy balmy evenings on the south-facing terrace. This comfortably furnished, 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment is located in a quiet area right in the heart of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The apartment is on the first floor of the Seeland vacation apartment complex and features two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The small entryway provides access to the kitchen, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, one bedroom, and the living room with the adjoining second bedroom.
The spacious living room is furnished with a dining area, a sofa, an armchair, and a TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms each feature a double bed and two single beds, as well as a wardrobe.
The separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, an oven with four stovetops, and a microwave.
You can conveniently park your car in the building’s underground garage. In addition, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach (seasonal, starting May 1). Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.
The terrace faces south.
Check-in is daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
