Large 3-room apartment, large terrace, just 100 m from the beach

Urban and close to the beach: Villa Frisia is located on a hill in the middle of the “City” of Bansin. The promenade and beach are only 100 m away. You get your bread in record time: a baker is right under the house, at the foot of the hill. Apartment 18 is on the ground floor in a southeasterly direction. Due to the difference in height and the distance to the pedestrian zone, it is still quiet and not visible on the street side. So you don't have to be afraid that passers-by will count the rolls on your breakfast table.

The size is what matters
The 18 sqm terrace leads to the separate entrance of the apartment - no climbing stairs, instead plenty of space for dogs and children. With dark click tiles and rattan furniture, the outdoor area is kept in a lounge style. The seating group is designed for up to 6 people. There are also two loungers available. Restrained furnished, the bright apartment shows its full size: Almost 80 square meters ensure comfort and quality of life even on cloudy days.

Modern, open kitchen
The focus is on the living area with its modern, open kitchen. Those who like to cook will find the right tools with a microwave, blender, juicer or chopper. With coffee you can choose between traditional filter and modern capsule machines. A refrigerator, dishwasher and a modern ceramic hob complete the equipment. The dining table is designed for up to six people. You can conveniently store your purchases in the pharmacy cupboards - even if it gets a little more.

Two new bathrooms
If there are more than two people, there can be a traffic jam in front of the bathroom. Our apartment is therefore equipped with two bathrooms - one large and one small. Both were completely renovated in 2018 and discreetly redesigned. They are equipped with hairdryers, illuminated cosmetic mirrors and showers. The contents of every cosmetic bag, no matter how big, can be arranged in the large washbasins.

Good entertainment - the living room
Make yourself comfortable in the living area on the seating area during a television evening. With HD cable TV, the large 55-inch Smart TV almost feels like cinema. Do you prefer to watch your own films? No problem with a suitable app for Samsung Smart TVs you can play your media directly from your tablet or smartphone. Alternatively, a USB stick also works. Do you prefer listening to music or an audio book? This is also not a problem: simply connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or WLAN to the existing multiroom speaker.

Good night - the two bedrooms
Both bedrooms are equipped with cozy box spring beds. The width is 160 or 140 cm. Both beds have a comfortable sleeping height, which makes it easier for older people to get up. If you want to watch some television before going to sleep: Go ahead. There are 40 inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms. In addition, each bedroom has its own, brightly tiled bathroom with contemporary furnishings and shower cubicles. There are two sinks in the larger bedroom and one in the smaller one. To do this, keep your clothes in a walk-in closet in the smaller bedroom. There is a real wooden wardrobe in the large bedroom.

More than four people? It also works.
Are you traveling with more than four people? In this case, a sofa bed can be added to the living area. There is room for two more people and restful sleep.

The apartment has a free parking space in the parking garage behind Villa Frisia. Bicycles can be parked on the terrace or in the bicycle room of the parking garage.
